The Warrior Reborn Project is a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to helping men and women in early recovery build a new life
rooted in purpose, health, community, and accountability.
We exist to support people after rehab or detox, when relapse risk is highest and real-world challenges begin.
An estimated 85% of people relapse within six months of leaving rehab or detox.
This isn’t because they don’t care about their recovery. It’s because:
They lack real guidance and structure
They isolate themselves to avoid triggers
They feel lost without purpose
Depression and mental health struggles increase
Many have limited finances and no access to the support they truly need
Without community, mentorship, and positive direction, the odds are stacked against them.
